* We Got A Cat *

 

So. We got a cat. Introducing our British Shorthair, Badger.

The process of getting this cat was something like the process of grief:

1. Denial - "No, seriously, we do not need a cat."

2. Anger - "Seriously. Why are we still talking about this!"

3. Bargaining - "Maybe a cat will be good for the kids' development."

4. Depression - "Ughhh buttt these kittensss are sooo cuuuteeee...."

5. Acceptance - "You want a cat, he wants a cat, she wants a cat, I want a cat...so let's get a cat."

Born on 11th May 2020, he was 4 months old when we got him on Malaysia Day (16th September 2020). Took a look at him at Tesco basement carpark and decided to take him home. Yaya was the one who was super duper excited.

Now, they are bestfriends:

No, I don't carry him around. But, Yaya does. She is completely head over heels in love with this little dude. Amru, too. He even cried when I sent Badger for boarding because we were going to Tanjong Jara. Dramatic as always.

Completed vaccination. Neutered. But still runs and jumps around like a naughty kid. 

Loves chicken. Only eats kibbles when desperate.
