After working at one of the most terrifying surgical wards under the most scary surgeon in Hospital Melaka, I have a special appreciation towards scary bosses.

Sure, these guys will scare the crap out of you and turn you into the dumbest person on Earth in a matter of minutes. But, you have to appreciate their existence.

Why?

Because, if not for them, none of those blood results will actually be ready by 8am. Because of them, your lazy colleagues will actually work their asses off. Due to them, everyone will work together...and, yes, that guy who is always missing in action? He will actually turn into the most available person. Heh

For these reasons, I am thankful for horrible bosses.
