I was reminded of an important lesson today, thanks to Ida; life goes on.

Yes, it does and there is nothing you can do about it.

However, there is something you can do with it; move along with life.

They say life is like a river; it flows in one direction and it branches out connect with other rivers. The rain stirs it but it stays true to its path. At times, it overflows and floods the earth around it.

That's life. And life goes on.
