Someone told me that Internal Medicine is your life; you have to study from the first day and there is no time to lose. Well, in an ideal world where you actually can study right from the first moment you stepped into the lecture hall, that can happen. But, as we all know it, we do not live in an ideal world. Therefore, the possibility of you studying from the first moment you heard a medical lecture is...well...somewhat low. Haha

No, we do not live in a world where everything goes our way; our hopes are often crushed and our dreams often end as...you know, dreams. But, we do live in a real world. Therefore, if you want something, work for it. Miracles happen. Sure. But, as someone told me, miracles don't just happen. If you want it to happen, you have to do something :)
