1st issue - The Writer's Strike
This strike is halting almost all TV series...oh my God. It is also making my world become very, very dull. Thank God there are still movies to look up to. The strike has lasted 9 weeks and 2 days as of today. Among the issues of the strike this time are DVD residuals, "new media" and jurisdiction in reality and animation (whatever this is supposed to mean. heh.) I don't care anymore, just give me back Dr. House!!!
2nd issue - The Golden Globe
So, due to the 1st issue, there will be no more lavish award shows or fancy dinners during this year's Golden Globe. "The winners will now be revealed at an hour-long press conference replacing the usual dinner and ceremony" - BBC.co.uk.
3rd issue - The Bond Girls
They have chosen the new Bond girls for the upcoming 22nd James Bond movie!
