my baby sis is obsessed with Belle, the 'beauty' in Disney's Beauty & The Beast. Everytime somebody turns the computer on, she will come and say, "Nak Belle~" Which means that she wants you to play the Limited Edition of Beauty & The Beast VCD...duh~ I get tired of it, I tried to make her interested in watching something else. But it never succeeded...God help me. Now everytime I wake up, that 'I want so much more' song is already in my head and it will be in my head all day long sometimes *sigh*
When we were little, our parents make us love English by letting us watch Disney cartoons. We will watch them over and over again until we memorize the scripts by heart. Hahaha...honestly~ until now, whenever we watch a great movie, we will watch it over and over again until we memorize every line. For example, we do remember almost every line in the first LOTR movie. It is an amazing way to learn language; movies. They make you wonder and is enjoyable compared to books. We can also learn the right way to pronounce a word. But when it comes to writing and spelling, books are the cures. I remember my lil bro loved Toy Story so much when he was small; that we watch it, literally, everyday~
My favourite Disney princess is Pocahontas, she is brave and adventurous. The truest thing about her is that she shines from the inside. You don't have to have a fair skin to be beautiful, as long as you have enough courage and a true heart, you are more beautiful then all the stars put together. She believes in herself, when she saves that guy from her father, and she trusts her heart. It is a beautiful story~ Oh...and you don't need a gown to be a princess, too...hahahaha
All in all~ movies and books have always been my way of escaping from reality...which is my favourite past-time *^___^*
